. If I want to use the services at Badger Creek Bookkeeping, will you evaluate my existing accounting records? Will there be a charge for this?
We will provide a 2 hour initial consultation and review of your existing accounting records. We believe it is important to fully understand your business before we can provide you with the best service.
2. Where do you work?
We are based in Sandy OR. We can either work in your office on your computer OR we can maintain your accounting records in our office on our computers. Your financial information is handle with the strictest confidence. Also note that we do not charge for travel or mileage within a 30 radius around Sandy, OR. If we travel beyond that, there will be a standard mileage charge of .535/mile as set by the IRS.
3. What software do you use?
In our office, we are currently running QuickBooks version 2015. We can also work with Excel. If your office is running Sage 300 CRE (formerly Timberline), we are proficient in both the construction and property management components.
4. Do you charge by the hour or a lump sum fee?
Generally we charge a standard rate of $55/hour. However, if we determine that you have recurring monthly procedures that you need done, we can negotiate a flat fee.
5. Could I benefit by giving you a referral?
Absolutely. If you refer Badger Creek Bookkeeping to an associate or friend and they hire us, you will receive 2 hours of service free.
6. Do you accept credit of debit cards?
Not at this time. However, we are planning on adding this functionality in the future.
